It offers convenient travel, close to Dao Kanong Expressway and the Southern Ring Road, Kanchanaphisek Road (Western Outer Ring Road), and several leading hospitals such as Rama 2 Hospital, Nakornthon Hospital, Bangpakok 9 International Hospital, Bangmod Hospital, and Bangpakok 1 Hospital, allowing for quick patient transfers to doctors for care in emergencies.

- Physical Therapy: Daily physical therapy services provided by specialist physical therapists and physical therapy assistants.
- Specialized Care: Services include changing feeding tubes, changing urinary catheters, treating pressure sores, suctioning phlegm, and providing oxygen.
